A day time club that offers you the opportunity to socialise with others in a comfortable, friendly and sociable environment.

About

Jubilee Club is our well known day centre located in the grounds of St. David’s Carrick Knowe Church. It is a warm and friendly club where you will be supported by experienced and caring staff.

Getting here

Transport

We may be able to provide transport to and from the club using an accessible minibus. However, as spaces are limited, we cannot guarantee availability. Priority will be given to those with the greatest support needs.

If you are being dropped off at the club by a relative, please aim to arrive between 10am-10.15am.

Refreshments

Morning tea/coffee, toast and fresh fruit are enjoyed on arrival and a two course lunch is served at 12.30pm.

To attend the Jubilee Club a referral can be made by a health or social care professional.

To attend relatively quickly and avoid waiting lists, there is an option to self-fund.
