Who we are

We have over 30 years of knowledge and experience in supporting people with all types and stages of dementia. We are here to help you enjoy social opportunities through our day centre The Jubilee Club and our Teatime Club.

Our Services

A warm and welcoming daytime club filled with laughter, compassion and friendship.

An evening social where you enjoy a fish and chip supper and engaging entertainment.

By offering support for families and carers. The Teatime Club offers families an opportunity to spend quality time together. With support from staff, carers can step back from their caring role and enjoy the company of their loved one.
